Day 53
A day breaks like a wave onto the beach of my despair. A day brings me happiness, although I disagree with some of your Friday (and possibly Thursday) plans.
Also some kid tried to make a deal with me that involves not testing the girls volleyball team if they win on Wednesday. As if that would make them even more ferocious and somehow help them to victory. The sad reality is that as important as hitting a ball over a net is, understanding our government is almost as important. On the one hand you gain the skill of keeping a ball in the air. On the other, you preserve democracy. I'm only considering the offer because I'm afraid of them.
The following refers only to those that embrace it. Maybe that is no one. Also it's not my fault your reading comprehension makes my posts unintelligible.
So many empty vases. They whisper of beautiful flowers and yet there is nothing of beauty inside. They cry out when attention is withheld, and then swallow their own conscious' to believe they are blameless in their insults. As they offer me nothing but pain and sadness, I will withhold my affection as well as the attention they crave, although I'm sure it's not the first time they have stood in a wilderness made more empty by their own presence.
As Mahatma Ghandi once said: "And the haters gonna hate, hate, hate, hate, hate
Baby, I'm just gonna shake, shake, shake, shake, shake
I shake it off, I shake it off (hoo-hoo-hoo)
Heartbreakers gonna break, break, break, break, break
And the fakers gonna fake, fake, fake, fake, fake
Baby, I'm just gonna shake, shake, shake, shake, shake
I shake it off, I shake it off (hoo-hoo-hoo)
Shake it off, I shake it off
I, I, I shake it off, I shake it off
I, I, I shake it off, I shake it off
I, I, I shake it off, I shake it off (hoo-hoo-hoo),
Wise words from a wise man.
i love ghandi
