Day 5
Today we discussed the possibilities of an SGA with no limits on power. All of their tiny squirrel hearts beating a passion as they plan unlimited homecomings and daily proms. Every day cut short by the long march out to the pep rally, that in time begins to resemble a North Korean assemblage of workers welcoming the Dear Leader. It is a ghastly thought. I would like to take this time to suggest a few homecoming themes, as "The Starving Time" and "Seven Deadly Sins" were both rejected.
"Survival in the Andes" an Argentinian adventure!
"DUCKS!" and SGA could just release hundreds of Muscovy ducks with light sticks tied to their heads.
"Titanic" everyone is sprayed with a hose as they enter, while the band plays violins and woodwinds, until the night ends with all of the lights going out all at once leaving everyone wet, confused and heartbroken.
Just some better ideas than they will probably have.
Fourth period had a fire drill that wasn't a drill and we read my play "The Burning VII" a story of existential angst and rebirth. They we all hid in the corner like roaches under a fridge, craving darkness. At this time we accidentally pushed the actual emergency button in the room which gave the exercise a bit more authenticity.
