Blue Day. Formerly B Day. Day 30.

"We are at war with East Asia. We have always been at war with East Asia"- (George Orwell probably)

If you read 1984 then today's assembly will make more sense to you. If you didn't, you should.

I bring to you...highlights from today's "success assembly".

You are being watched. All of the time. Today I learned at the assembly that everyone of the sophomores (or maybe everyone) at the school has a binder devoted to their misdeeds. On file. Somewhere.

Also the representative from BSO claimed that they are smarter than you. All of them. And all of you. I suppose he knows this from having read through your binders. He then went on to claim that kids today are being exploited online from places "like Czechoslovakia". So not only are you being exploited, you are being exploited by people with a time machine that live in a country that hasn't existed since 1993. HOWEVER nothing he said was bad advice. The binder thing was scary though.

The following photos are from the assembly. Here is what a Cypress Bay fight might look like. I think this is actually pretty accurate.

I think what everyone might be missing is the REAL fight that is going on in the background that the teacher is completely oblivious to. See photo 2 below:

Dress code was also brought up. "If you can wear it to the beach, you can't wear it here." I once went to a beach in Norway wearing a sweater and jeans. I suppose it's a gray area.

So, let's all concentrate on being the best Cypress Bay we can be! I'm including a picture of me with my favorite students below.
