B Day!

Today we attempted to tie the strings of history to the anchor of the present. We looked at our reflection of the past to see ourselves as we appear today. Basically we discussed why immigration conflicts in the U.S. are not new, and why some immigrant groups seem to be more maligned than others. Also, I assigned a quiz and P.E.R.S.I.A. for next class. The words are on the website under the progressive tab. They are the last two columns of the vocabulary list. There will be a test (two small tests) soon. I am completing a study guide. As soon as it is done I will post it. Assume that the test will be approximately one week following the appearance of the study guide.
