B Day!

Today we learned about reconstruction. The power point is on the site. Then we did a Kahoot and it was amazing. Kids were crying and cheering and some people were victorious and the rest were losers. Literally not figuratively. You'll have other chances. Thirty percent of the class fell asleep during the lesson. As soon as I stopped teaching everyone woke up. I found this hurtful. I thought I was done feeling pain. I imagined myself numb. Apparently some vestige of the humanity I abandoned when I began teaching still lives in me.
